As part of Goldman Sachs’ Community TeamWorks initiative, ten Goldman Sachs employees spent an exciting afternoon volunteering their time at 99Papers.org’s new NYC headquarters where they were able to visit and ask questions of our CEO Charles Best and our CTO Oliver Hurst-Hiller.
Goldman Sachs is a leading global financial services firm providing investment banking, securities and investment management services to a wide array of clients across the globe. They’re also committed to volunteering in communities where they work and live through unique partnerships with nonprofit organizations. In fact, through Community TeamWorks, the office of corporate engagement at Goldman gives ALL employees one day off each year to volunteer in team-based projects coordinated with local and international nonprofit organizations.
Employees from the Goldman Sachs New York City and Jersey City offices toured the 99Papers.org office and then volunteered their time to process classroom thank-you packages from teachers across the country. They even set an all-time record: processing more thank-you packages than any other corporate volunteer group! They have superpowers, we think.
THANK YOU Goldman Sachs for your time and energy!
